Catch Up On Allergies
A llergies seem to
misinterpret normally nontoxic substances, such as grass, pollen, or a certain food, as a harmful
invader.
The immune system then goes into action to this perceived threat by
releasing substances called histamines.
Histamines then produce a wide range of body reactions, consisting of respiratory
and nasal congestion along with an increase of mucus production, skin rashes, and headaches.
Most allergies are found in the enviroment or in our food. Also known as 'hay
fever'.
Environmental allergies include pollen, mold, animal dander, dust, feathers, and
certain cosmetics and household cleaning products.
When the enviromental allergies are removed or make a seasonal disappearance, the
body decides to return to a normal condition.
It remains unclear why some people respond to certain substances and others do not
is still a mystery.
Allergies stress your immune system, especially your digestive system.
Eliminate foods that cause mucus build up. Mucus forming foods include all dairy products, fried foods, refined
flours, chocolates and eggs.
Some non-mucus forming foods are fresh vegetables and fruits, raw seeds (if one
does not have a reaction to nuts).
Keep your immune system healthy, by getting enough lean protein. Drink
six ro eight 8-ounce glasses of GOOD water a day. A few drops of 35% food grade H2O2 in 8
ounces of distilled water could prove beneficial.
